Founder & PhD Researcher

Nadia

Nadia is an Independent Social Worker and PhD Researcher at Nottingham Trent University.

Her research, "Beyond Speed," explores the ethical adoption of AI in Care Act assessments, focusing on ethics, quality assurance and retaining our professional voice. She leads on statutory compliance, UK GDPR, and decision-making frameworks.

Education & Narrative Lead

Fran

Fran is a SEND specialist and creative writer (MA, Distinction) with a background in digital narrative design. She leads our education stream, teaching schools and practitioners how to use AI as a creative partner. Her focus is on accessible design, maintaining the "human author," and using prompting to support literacy and inclusion.
